1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME At Zéje Fine Jewelry, most of our pieces are handcrafted to order or available in limited quantities.

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order & Personalized Items: Production time may take 7-15 business days depending on the complexity of the design. This does not include shipping transit time.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (TURKEY)

  • All domestic shipments are sent via [CARRIER NAME] and are fully INSURED.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over [AMOUNT] TL. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after dispatch.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship worldwide via [DHL / UPS / FedEx].

  • International delivery times vary between 2-7 business days depending on the destination.

  • Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the BUYER. Zéje Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

4. UPON DELIVERY

  • Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

  • If you notice any damage (crushing, tearing, wetness, or tampering), do not accept the package and request a "Damage Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) from the courier immediately.

  • Insurance claims may be void for damaged packages accepted without a report.
